First Canadian Immigration Services provides a complete range of Immigration Services for clients in Canada and abroad. First Canadian was founded by Mr. Paul E. Kammerloch, a Canadian lawyer with over 25 years experience in assisting immigrants settling in Canada. The goal is that our clients make the move to Canada in a well planned stress free environment.

To assist potential immigrants, First Canadian retains Mr. Kammerloch's law firm Pullan Kammerloch Frohlinger to handle temporary work visas, nominee applications and permanent resident applications for individuals seeking to come to Canada ranging from skilled workers and professionals to business class applicants, including entrepreneurs, farmers and business owners and investor class immigrants. 

We offer services in English, German, Portuguese, Tagalog, French, Hungarian, Russian and through representatives Mandarin and Cantonese. We are with you every step of the way and through our association with the law firm Pullan Kammerloch Frohlinger, provide innovative solutions to help you through the sometimes confusing and intimidating immigration rules, regulations and procedures. We look after your interests and provide industry-leading advice and representation. For business class applicants, we also provide business advice, including preparation of the required business plan and consultation and advice regarding the establishment of the required business in the applicant's chosen province.

When the paperwork is done, we don’t abandon you, we provide settlement services when you arrive including greeting you at the airport, arranging your hotel accommodation, assisting in your renting a car and finding permanent accommodations, taking you to a reputable bank to open bank accounts, applying for your provincial health card and social insurance card and if you wish pairing you with a local family. We can recommend reputable professionals such as doctors, dentists, real estate agents, etc. which speak your native language. Mr. Kammerloch’s law firm is a full service law firm and can assist you with all of your legal requirements from purchasing a house, making a will, to establishing or acquiring a business and arranging financing in the case of business class and investor class immigrants. In summary, we take care of all your needs both before and after you arrive.

Which services are included in our fee?

  1. An initial screening to determine if you meet all the requirements of both the provincial government and the federal government. This initial screening is free of charge.
  2. On request, providing study materials for your required certification or licensing and assisting in the process.
  3. Reviewing all of your required documentation to ensure you meet the requirements and that all required documents are submitted with your application.
  4. If necessary, translation of documents (translations fees are not included in our fee)
  5. Certifying copies of original documents  
  6. Completion and filing  your application to the Provincial Nominee Program (includes all accompanying family members)
  7. Completion and filing of you and your spouse’s (where applicable) work authorization as part of the immigration process
  8. If necessary, filing of study permit applications for your children
  9. Completion and filing your Permanent Residence application (for applicant and all accompanying family members)
  10. Providing you with information you require prior to coming to Canada.
  11. Hotel reservations for the first nights at a special rate
  12. Transfer from the airport to the hotel
  13. Initial orientation meeting on your arrival and assisting you with obtaining Social Insurance number and Health Card, etc.
  14. Organizing a bank appointment to open an account
  15. Personal introduction at the bank and if requested participation at your appointment
  16. Assistance in finding accommodation
  17. Being available to answer questions which may arise during your adjustment to every day life in Canada
  18. If Requested, filing your application for citizenship

 

The Principal

Mr. Paul Kammerloch

 

 

Paul E. Kammerloch, B.A. LL.B.

First Canadian was founded by Mr. Paul E. Kammerloch, a Canadian lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in assisting immigrants settling in Canada.

Mr. Kammerloch is a principal with the law firm of Pullan Kammerloch Frohlinger, which recently celebrated 80 years of service to its clients. Mr. Kammerloch’s primary areas of practice are immigration, commercial, corporate and real estate, with his firm having extensive experience in estates, litigation and other areas of law.

Mr. Kammerloch speaks German and many of his associates within the firm communicate fluently in English, German, French, Hungarian, Portuguese, Russian and Tagalog.

Mr. Kammerloch’s parents are German immigrants who came to Canada from Germany in 1948 and who are originally from Russia.

Mr. Kammerloch has dual Canadian/German citizenship and is a former president of The German Canadian Congress, in Manitoba, as well as The German Canadian Business and Professional Association. He also has acted as counsel for the German Consulate and the Government of Manitoba. Mr. Kammerloch has been practicing law in the Province of Manitoba for over 30 years and is a principal of the law firm Pullan Kammerloch Frohlinger.

Mr. Hilf was born in Germany and emigrated to Canada in 1963.

Mr. Hilf has 25 years of experience in international trade and consults with First Canadian Immigration Services in providing settlement services to prospective immigrants.

Mr. Klaas Demann is the administrative officer and comes from a banking background in Germany. He assists the applicants with their administrative requirements throughout the process.
